La r\u00e9ponse du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/\/documents\/reponseDG1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1217\" title=\"reponseDG\" src=\"http:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/reponseDG.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"171\" height=\"242\" \/><\/a>Au d\u00e9but du mois de mars,\u00a0 les organisations syndicales ont demand\u00e9, par \u00e9crit, au Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de ne pas d\u00e9noncer l\u2019accord d\u2019entreprise arrivant \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance, mais au contraire de le proroger, en y apportant si n\u00e9cessaire, des modifications par amendements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette demande par une lettre en date du 27 mars 2013 dans laquelle il constate effectivement la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019arbitrer rapidement entre les deux options disponibles : la d\u00e9nonciation ou la prorogation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans sa lettre, le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral consid\u00e8re que la simple prorogation en l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019accord d\u2019entreprise pour une nouvelle p\u00e9riode de cinq ans est \u00e0 exclure. Pour autant le Directeur \u00ab soucieux de pr\u00e9server la qualit\u00e9 du dialogue social au sein de l\u2019IRSN \u00bb affirme prendre note du souhait des organisations syndicales de ne pas d\u00e9noncer l\u2019accord d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors, que devons nous comprendre et conclure de cette lettre ?
