{"id":5200,"date":"2022-04-04T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-04T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/?p=5200"},"modified":"2022-04-04T13:49:51","modified_gmt":"2022-04-04T11:49:51","slug":"nao-2022-deuxieme-etape-le-cadrage-est-porte-a-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/?p=5200","title":{"rendered":"NAO 2022, deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape : le cadrage est port\u00e9 \u00e0 2,4 %"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"j\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:30% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"257\" height=\"196\" src=\"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/NAO2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5211 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"j\">\u00c0 la suite de la r\u00e9union de N\u00e9gociation Annuelle Obligatoire (NAO) du 31 mars 2022, les syndicats ont souhait\u00e9 diffuser le communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical suivant :<br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cfecgcirsn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiqueNAO2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">Ce communiqu\u00e9 appelle la CFE-CGC \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser les points suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"j\"><li>cette seconde proposition de la Direction conduirait, en plus d\u2019une enveloppe d\u2019Augmentations Individuelles (AI) similaire \u00e0 celle des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, \u00e0 une Augmentation G\u00e9n\u00e9rale (AG) de 1% ;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"j\"><li>cette AG serait historique : jamais une telle AG n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue pendant les vingt ans de l\u2019IRSN ;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"j\"><li>rappelons qu\u2019une AG b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s (hors Cadres Sup\u00e9rieurs) pr\u00e9sents et futurs. S\u2019agissant d\u2019une augmentation de la valeur du point, elle valorise \u00e9galement le classement d\u2019embauche des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, des stagiaires et des th\u00e9sards ;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"j\"><li>cette augmentation de la valeur du point serait bien de 1,15 %, avec effet r\u00e9troactif au 1er janvier 2022 ;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">Lors de cette r\u00e9union la Direction s\u2019est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9e  \u00e0 des mesures hors cadrage :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>le sursalaire familial serait port\u00e9 \u00e0 63 \u20ac, soit 5 % d\u2019augmentation ;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"j\"><li>la question de porter le montant total d\u2019int\u00e9ressement \u00e0 2,3 % est toujours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude, soit 7 % d\u2019augmentation sur la prime qui serait distribu\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"j\">La CFE-CGC remercie encore les salari\u00e9s qui ont permis par leur engagement responsable et courageux d\u2019obtenir cette am\u00e9lioration notable d\u2019enveloppe qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 la suite de la r\u00e9union de N\u00e9gociation Annuelle Obligatoire (NAO) du 31 mars 2022, les syndicats ont souhait\u00e9 diffuser le communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical suivant :Lire le communiqu\u00e9 intersyndical.
